AIReputors Review: Features, Pricing, Coupons and Bonuses

An honest AIReputors review: what the reputation app does, every price and upgrade, the coupons that work, who it suits, and how to use it safely.

AIReputors is a cloud app for running a reputation service for local businesses. It finds businesses that need help, connects their Google Business Profile and other listings, writes replies to reviews, alerts you to negative ones, publishes Google posts, and runs review requests by widget, QR flyer, email and SMS. The front end costs $41 one-time ($31 with coupon STARTER) and comes with commercial rights and a 14-day money-back guarantee.

This review covers what it actually does, every price, who it suits, and the one setting we’d leave switched off. The full presentation, with the vendor’s demo and feature screens, is on our AIReputors page.

What AIReputors does

AIReputors comes from Abhi Dwivedi’s VineaSX team, the developers behind a long run of JVZoo apps. It’s the AI successor to their earlier Reputor app, and it covers four jobs:

  1. Finding clients. The lead finder searches a niche and a town and shows each business’s rating, review count, contact details and whether its Google profile is claimed. It can generate a short reputation report per lead and send personalised outreach emails.
  2. Managing profiles. You connect Google Business Profiles and other listings (Facebook, Zillow, Tripadvisor and more) and handle them in one dashboard.
  3. Replying to reviews. Draft a reply in one click, or let AI reply automatically. Negative review alerts go to the owner by email or phone.
  4. Growing reviews. Website widgets, printable QR flyers and cards, email broadcasts and SMS campaigns that ask customers for a review.

Pricing and coupons

OptionPriceBilling
AIReputors Premium (front end)$41, or $31 with coupon STARTEROne-time
Unlimited$127Yearly
Platinum$97One-time
Enterprise (white label, reseller)$197Yearly
RankReel, Koincart, ClickagencyAI$97 eachOne-time
Bundle (all six upgrades)$317, or $267 with coupon AIREPUTORSOne-time

We checked both coupons at checkout. The sales page still shows high “value” figures and urgency from its original 2024 launch; the prices in the table above are what the checkout actually charges.

What we’d buy. The front end with coupon STARTER. Premium already includes 500 connected profiles, 5,000 leads a month, AI replies with auto-reply, email and SMS campaigns and 500 QR campaigns a month. Most people won’t hit those limits for a long time. Consider Enterprise only if you want to resell the app under your own brand. RankReel, Koincart and ClickagencyAI are separate products bundled in as upgrades, so judge them on their own.

The setting we’d leave off

One AIReputors feature is a chatbot that asks customers how their experience was and only sends the happy ones to leave a public review. That’s called review gating, and Google’s review policy prohibits selectively asking for positive reviews. In the US, the FTC’s rule on fake reviews also targets suppressing honest negative reviews.

Our advice: send every customer to the same review page, never reward reviews, and never write them. Everything else in AIReputors works perfectly well that way. We cover the whole approach in our guide to getting more Google reviews without breaking the rules.

Who it suits

  • Local marketing freelancers who want one clear service to sell: more reviews, faster replies and a stronger Google profile
  • Agencies adding a monthly reputation retainer next to websites, ads or SEO
  • Owners of several locations who want reviews and posts in one place

It suits people less if they don’t plan to contact businesses themselves. The app does the work, but you still have to find clients and talk to them.

How we’d set it up in the first week

  1. Day 1: connect one profile you already manage (your own business is fine), turn on negative review alerts and print a QR card.
  2. Day 2–3: run the lead finder for one niche and one town, and shortlist ten businesses with few or old reviews.
  3. Day 4–5: send each a short comparison with the top three competitors, and offer to draft replies to their latest reviews for free.
  4. Day 6–7: follow up, and set a price for a simple monthly plan.

Our honest verdict

Strengths: the whole reputation service in one app, a useful lead finder, AI replies that save real time, and four ways to ask for reviews. The one-time price with commercial rights is low for what’s included.

Watch-outs: the sales page leans on income stories and launch-era urgency that we’d ignore, two upgrades renew yearly, and the refund rate on JVZoo is higher than average for the bundle. Start with the front end and decide after a week of real use.
