Does it work with Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect a business's Google Business Profile to reply to reviews, publish posts and offers, and track reviews. The owner needs to give you access to the profile.
Can I use it to get only positive reviews?
You shouldn't. Google's rules say businesses must not ask only happy customers for reviews or offer rewards for them, and fake reviews are banned. Ask every customer the same way. Our Review Request Kit is built around that.
