Meet Zaap Mail
Zaap Mail is an email marketing application you buy once instead of renting by the month. You log in, connect a sending server (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail or your own SMTP), import subscribers from CSV or Excel, build emails in a drag-and-drop editor or from templates, and send campaigns or automations triggered by signups, clicks or purchases. Lists can be segmented by behaviour or details, and dashboards show opens, clicks, bounces and feedback. The app does not send email itself: your chosen provider does, and you pay that provider for what you send.
Zaap Mail is for list owners who are tired of paying a monthly fee that grows with every subscriber. It is an email marketing app you buy once: lists, segments, a drag-and-drop builder, automations and analytics, sending through whichever provider you connect.
That last part is the important one. Zaap Mail does not send email itself. You connect Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail or your own SMTP server, and that provider delivers your mail and bills you for it. Done well, that is usually far cheaper than a big platform at scale, and you keep control of your list. Before you get started
Does Zaap Mail send the emails itself?
No. Zaap Mail is the app where you manage lists, campaigns and automations. The emails go out through the sending service you connect (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail or your own SMTP), and that provider bills you for what you send.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that. Inbox placement depends on your sending domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, your provider's reputation, your list quality and your content. Our free Own-Your-Sender Setup Kit walks through all four.
Can I import any list?
The app lets you import lists without restrictions, but your sending provider and the law will not. Only import people who agreed to hear from you. Bought or scraped lists get accounts suspended and break anti-spam laws.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($11) covers up to 5,000 subscribers and 15,000 sending credits a month with 5 lists and 5 automations. Pro ($17) covers up to 20,000 subscribers and 100,000 sending credits a month with 20 lists, 20 automations and unlimited campaigns.
