PinMyListings Review: Etsy Listings to Pinterest Pins, Honestly

An honest PinMyListings review: how it turns an Etsy listing into 5–10 Pinterest pins, the $17 price, every upgrade, limits and who should skip it.

PinMyListings is a web app for Etsy sellers that starts from a listing you already have and turns it into 5–10 different Pinterest pins: a keyword-first title, a description, keywords, a board and alt text for each, designed on your own product photos and spread over the coming weeks. You approve every pin, then upload one file with Pinterest’s bulk tool. It opens on WarriorPlus on Thursday, November 5 at $17 one-time for one shop, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

This review covers what it does, every price, the limits and who it suits. The vendor’s demo and real app screens are on our PinMyListings page.

The problem it solves

Most Etsy sellers already know Pinterest can send shoppers: people there plan gifts, weddings and holidays weeks ahead, and pins link straight to listings. The reason they don’t keep it up is time. Making a good pin by hand means choosing and cropping a photo, designing a layout, writing the title, description, keywords and alt text, exporting, and repeating for the next product. The vendor puts that at 45–60 minutes per product, which matches what most sellers describe.

The usual result is a few look-alike pins posted in one evening, without search words, and then nothing. Pinterest favours a steady flow of fresh, different pins, so that approach rarely works. Our free guide to getting Etsy listings on Pinterest covers the manual method in detail.

What PinMyListings does

  1. Import. Add your shop once, then paste up to 10 listing links at a time or upload the “Currently for Sale Listings” CSV from Etsy Shop Manager. Title, description, price, tags and photos come in through the official Etsy API, without your Etsy login. You can add up to 10 of your own photos per listing (lifestyle shots, close-ups); your Etsy listing doesn’t change.
  2. Write and design. Pick one of 14 occasions (or evergreen), who it’s for and one of 5 tones. For each listing the app writes 5–10 pins, each with a different selling angle: gift idea, seasonal, solves a problem, how to use, personalization, comparison, ideas list and lifestyle. Pins use 10 tall 1000×1500 designs, and you can switch the design or photo of any pin in one click.
  3. Approve, schedule, export. Read each pin, edit a word, approve or reject. Schedule 1–5 pins a day over 7–30 days at the hours you choose, mixed so the same product never posts twice in a row, and export a CSV in Pinterest’s bulk-upload format (up to 200 pins per file) plus a ZIP of the images. Optional tracking tags show Pinterest visits in Etsy Stats.

The front end includes 50 AI-written pins a month. If you need more, you can add your own OpenRouter key and pay OpenRouter directly; the vendor says that’s usually well under a cent per listing.

What I like

  • It starts from the listing. Design tools give you a blank canvas and schedulers post pins you already made. This one makes the pins from the product page you already wrote.
  • Real photos, not AI art. AI writes the words only, and the instructions forbid inventing materials, sizes, prices or discounts.
  • You stay in charge. Nothing is posted without approval, and the front end never logs in to Pinterest. That is the safer way to use any pin tool.
  • Honest positioning. The sales page says plainly that Pinterest is slow and that it won’t make you go viral. Fewer surprises, fewer refunds.
  • One-time pricing across the whole funnel.

The limits

  • One shop. The $17 licence is for your own Etsy shop, locked to your account. More shops need Pro (5 own shops) or the Agency licence for clients.
  • Manual upload. You upload the CSV to Pinterest yourself unless you buy Auto-Publish.
  • Etsy only. It reads Etsy listings. Shopify or other stores aren’t mentioned.
  • It’s a new product. It launches on November 5, so there’s no track record yet. The 30-day guarantee covers that risk.
  • Pinterest is still Pinterest. Pins usually take weeks to be picked up. If you need sales this week, this isn’t it.

Price and upgrades

You only need the $17 front end to do everything described above. If you sell many products, Pro is the upgrade that saves the most time. The Agency and Reseller licences don’t include clients or buyers, and the vendor says so.

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

A good fit if you sell printables, print on demand or handmade on Etsy, your listings deserve more views, and you can give Pinterest a few months. Skip it if you expect sales by Friday, want a bot to mass-post for you, or don’t have an Etsy shop yet.

My verdict

PinMyListings does one tedious job well: it turns your existing listings into many different, properly written pins and leaves the final say with you. At $17 once with a 30-day guarantee, the risk is small. Just treat it as what it is, a way to make showing up on Pinterest take minutes instead of evenings.

If you buy through Digitellix, you also get our bonus vault, including the Pin Plan Kit (boards, keywords, eight title ideas per product and a 30-day schedule). See the PinMyListings page and bonuses.

Questions

How much does PinMyListings cost?

The front end is $17 one-time for one Etsy shop. There's a $12.95 order bump and five optional upgrades from $37 to $97, each with a cheaper downsell. Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Does PinMyListings post to Pinterest automatically?

Not the front end. You export a CSV and a ZIP and upload them with Pinterest's own bulk tool. Direct posting through the official Pinterest API is the Auto-Publish upgrade ($47, or $37 for one account).

Do I need my Etsy password?

No. It reads public listing information through the official Etsy API from the listing links or the Etsy CSV you give it.

Will it get me sales?

Nobody can promise that. It makes the pins quickly; Pinterest still rewards weeks to months of steady posting, and the vendor says so plainly.
